Katrina Pope ‘Young: In her own words
I have been in the pet care industry for 19 years with my primary interest being in Pet Styling. I started in this field working closely with and under the strict watchful eye of Virginia Johns (Head to Tail Pet Grooming) and finished my Pet Stylist training at SuperPets. My love for animals shines thru and I’m an animal activist. I have rescued and fostered for Planned Pethood, Animal House, as well as fostering for numerous homeless pets that have crossed my path. My husband, children, and I share my home with our many rescued animals, and as wild as it gets I wouldn’t trade my home for the world.
I live for pet styling, and view my fuzzy mop tops as living art thus transforming them into clean beautiful socially acceptable fur babies all the while helping them to look and feel their best. I have no breed restrictions. I’m capable of all breed specific trims, clipper cuts, de-shed treatments, scissor finishes, Hand stripping, creative custom color, small pet grooming, bird wings, nails, and beaks.
I take my job very seriously and enjoy educating pet parents on their pets as well as explaining the grooming process. I will treat your pet with the utmost respect and love in a clean, nurturing, stress free environment. I use all natural organic human grade products that are both sulfate and paraben free to keep your dogs skin and coat soft,silky, and healthy.
